Project: Setting up a new preschool for PNR Group, a large financial services organisation in India. Included a large-scale engagement to design and develop the following:
• School Infrastructure – Indoor & Outdoor Plan
• Human Resources Policies and Procedures
• Branding & Marketing Strategies
• School Collaterals Content & Design
• Curriculum for 4 Programs
• Teacher Training Program

Preschool & Day Care Centre in Gurgaon, National Capital Region, India.

Project: Designed a detailed program to overhaul the existing structure, policies and practices, curriculum and teacher training programs of the school. The intent was to increase overall quality of the school offerings, thereby encouraging positive word-of-mouth and increasing admissions to the preschool.

3. Proposed School in Assam

Project: Setting up a new school in Assam. Included a large-scale engagement to design and develop the infrastructure, Human Resources Policies and Procedures and Curriculum for primary grades.
