Careers - Trainer

Job Profile for Trainer:

• Design and Develop training modules.
• Impart training to teachers and educators all over the country.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs; hand-holding trainees post training.
• Travel within the National Capital Region and for short periods within India and abroad.

Desired Qualities and Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post-graduate, preferably in child psychology or in education.
• Teaching experience of minimum 3-4 years will be preferable.
• Energetic and willing to accept the challenges of working in a start-up.
• Passionate about children and education.
• Prior experience in Training will be advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Enthusiastic about learning and keen to be inventive.
• Computer Literate.

The position is based out of New Delhi. This position is also available on Freelance Basis.
