Job Profile for School Set-Up Projects:

• Conduct feasibility studies.
• Lead school set-up projects.
• Outline marketing strategies.
• Design school logo and collaterals and plan the launch event.
• Design organizations structures and draft policies and procedures.
• Layout and space allocation for all areas of the school.
• Travel within the National Capital Region and for short periods within India and abroad.

Desired Qualities & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Post-graduate, preferably in child psychology or in education.
• Teaching experience of minimum 3-4 years will be preferable.
• Energetic and willing to accept the challenges of working in a start-up.
• Passionate about children and education.
• Prior experience in Setting Up a School will be advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Enthusiastic about learning and keen to be inventive.
• Computer Literate.

The position is based out of New Delhi. This position is also available on Freelance Basis.
